Terms of Supply

VAT, Postage & Package

Please add VAT to all orders to be posted within the U.K. TVA number required for European orders.
· Minimum order value is £10.00.
· Postage and packing is charged from £10.00 for next day (signed for).
· Larger orders can be sent by courier (for next day timed delivery) from £15.00.
· We endeavour to send all goods within 24 hours of order. If you require couriered delivery please specify when ordering.

Methods of Payment

1. CHEQUE or POSTAL ORDER to be made payable to Finishing Touches Ltd.
2. CREDIT CARD. We accept the following cards: Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Switch. Please note goods must be posted to the cardholders address.
3. BANK TRANSFER. If you wish to use this facility our details are:
   Barclays Bank, acc no: 80458120, sort code: 20-12-75. Please quote your company name as your reference.
4. On Account – for hospitals, multiple centres. Please call for details.

At a Glance Terms of Supply

We do not refund, unless there is a manufactured defect. As a gesture of goodwill we may be willing to exchange – please telephone to discuss options available.

Please note returns information for exchanges.

• Goods to be returned within 14 days of invoice date.
• Goods to be returned in the same condition as supplied.
• Goods to be returned with a copy of the original invoice.
• Goods returned must be packaged securely and correctly.

Any Goods failing to comply with the above terms of supply will be returned to sender.

All prices listed are exclusive of VAT and postage.
